Program Details
Join us for a series of 1-hour virtual information sessions via Zoom on topics to help providers & case management better understand and develop resources to help older adults in need of support.
- Pre-registration is required at CHHSRA.org. A zoom link will be sent to all registered participants prior to each session. All sessions are free and run from 12:00–1:00 p.m.
- Certificates will be provided to all attendees who complete a session
- All participants will be asked to complete a brief survey following each session. Completing the survey will enter you in a raffle for a chance to win a Gift Card. Your feedback will help us plan the first ever In-Person Aging & Behavioral Health and Intellectual Disabilities Joint Advocacy Day in Lackawanna County. More details to come!
