Who we are
The mission of The Center for Health & Human Services Research and Action is to promote/ensure the optimal integration and performance of the Integrated Health and Human Service Delivery System using analysis, planning, action and oversight to inform and support our human service, behavioral health and physical health systems of care.
We share results through annual reports, public relations, and community-wide meetings.
We engage the community in the development of metrics.
We identify the community approved practices that are most effective.
We provide the basis for the county to reallocate funds to help providers pilot these changes.
